Batch Documentation

Read a COA and laboratory report correctly.

A single percentage is not enough. What matters is the connection between product, batch, sample, method, laboratory, test date and the complete report.

Report fields

Check these fields first.

01

Laboratory & report ID

Who performed the test? For Janoshik, task number and unique key can be used to verify authenticity.

02

Product & batch

The report must clearly correspond to the batch actually being offered. A product name alone is not enough.

03

Test date

Shows when the specific sample was analysed and supports temporal traceability.

04

Method

For example chromatographic or mass-spectrometric procedures. The method is part of the result.

05

Identity

Addresses whether measured data are consistent with the expected substance.

06

Amount / assay

When determined, the unit and analytical method should be clear.

07

Purity

A purity value is method-dependent and must not be treated as equivalent to sterility or overall quality.

08

Additional tests

Sterility, endotoxins, heavy metals or other testing should be listed only when actually performed.

Authenticity

Verify Janoshik reports externally.

Janoshik provides its own verification page. A test can be checked using its task number and unique key. AXIOM can later link this external verification directly from the batch record.

Traceability

The report is part of a chain.
